A Deep Dive into: Perception [pt.1] – HYPOTHETICAL: If you were born without the sense of touch, sight, hearing, taste or smell, would you understand about the world (if anything)? [Is our understanding of the world –and science– innate in any way]?

Imagine from the start of your life, that you’ve never seen, touched, heard, smelt or tasted anything…

What would you understand, and what would you imagine about the world?

Is it possible that maybe you could understand the universe in one way we do? Some ways? All ways? Or in ways that you and I and everyone with those senses can not imagine?

And would it be terrible? Or amazing?

And would you even know, or be able to contextualise what terrible or amazing are? Is it possible you’d see through time (and if you could, would you do it)??
