Tomorrow, if someone asks you ‘What did you do yesterday?’ What’s your answer going to be?

The time you have to change your answer to that question is today. And you don’t necessarily have to permanently solve the issue of heart disease or anything, but when it comes to saying:

‘I wanted to <insert whatever thing here>, but I didn’t…’

Or:

‘I was going to <insert whatever thing here> but I didn’t because of <insert lame excuse here>…’

There is something you can do about it.

And it’s now. It’s today. And whatever those things you toss up about doing, but don’t because of some fear, anxiety or some other fleeting, irrational emotion, do it. It’s your choice.

You decide if your answer tomorrow will be ‘Nothing.’ or something much more significant than that.
