If you want to do something, and get better at something. Don’t aim to do it every day. Aim to do TODAY. Then, repeat tomorrow.

There’s a problem with setting lofty goals. Especially ones that are long term.

Aiming to do something every day can easily lead you to give up, after being overwhelmed not only by the goal but also the thought ‘When does every day end?’

Then, tomorrow (assuming you’re fortunate to still be alive), do the same.

If you want to improve something, don’t go long term or lofty. If you want to do something, aim to do it now, aim to do it today. Start now. You have full control over thoughts of what you want to get better at. At any moment at all.
