Nobody has ever existed in their past. Or future. The only moment you experience currently is the one you are in at this moment.
You did experience things in the past and you will (probably) in the future, but you don’t live in those. You live in this one. So when you look back on this moment, do you want it to be one that you spent looking forward or looking back? Or one where you lived? Where you did what you want? Where you were living the life YOU wanted?
