Saying ‘No’ not only makes you stronger but leads to higher self-worth

When you’re tempted to have that one extra slice of pizza, one more Timtam or just one more beer, it’s a perfect time to test your inner strength and say ‘no’.

And not only is it a test, but saying no can feel more rewarding and gratifying than actually having that extra beer of pizza slice.

And there’s very few greater personal virtues to have than inner strength, discipline and a strong will. Because if you can say no, you’re proving to yourself that you have control over your emotions and temptations. And it leads to an elevated sense of worth, and in turn, an elevated level of happiness.
