Today we say goodbye to our old frypan after more than 5 years of being very hot and holding the food so we canput the food in hole in face. It was old and a shit and handle was about to break off and drop burning hot foot on dog possibly killing him and then also burning foot too, so it is good news we throw it out, but first we must say the goodbye, RIP buddy

Today we get brand new 28cm and 20cm pan, this ones!!…
We get this one to make the traditional Serbian food and Polish food like cabbage and potatoto, potatoes ad cabbage on meat, meat with cabbge and potatoes, meat/cabbage/salad and salad with meat shoved inside big cabbag and dropped on top of salad! But first time to say goodbye to old pan…
We cook many traditional Polish and Serbian dishes with this pan over many years, so this makes it harder to throw frying pan off balcony (this is how you dispose of grabage here in the Spain). So it a mixed emotional of many good times but also sad that no more meals with cabbage on top of meat will not be cooked anymore…
These were some of my favourite memories cooking with old pan that is now on street below us from balcony after i dispose of it:

This dish cause confusion for me becuase usually I make #1 (Traditional Polish cabbage with traditional communist Polish meat next to it) but this one was a challenging one. In the end though, it was DELICIOUS (edible!!) 🥳🔥💯
3. Polish traditional cabbage in frying pan
This was family dinner in 2022 when I work as broke ass English teacher in spain getting taxed like motherfucker because Espain is a beeyatch for freelancers. Wife would like something more but you know, ‘woman, am i rights fellers?’ This was nice meal in the end. we eat together, because you know what they say ‘a family that eats cabbage together, stays together’
4. Grass collected from side of road
This one very popular in Gaza after Oct 7, but not taste so good. Very basic one this one BUT turst me my email friends, is NOT DELICIOUS.
5. Pasta (experimenting!)
This was time I experiment in kitchen like Gordon Ranseys! Make pasta like Italian grandmother, mamma mia mamm mia, porca troia, mamma mia che cazzo eh? Like Andrea becilli make every night! (was fun 😎but it went wrong 😢)
